Greetings from the Phinsider!
It's only been 5 weeks since our teams last played against each other on Thursday night football, and not all that much has changed in the past month. Just in case any of you guys have any questions about the Miami Dolphins, several "Phinsiders" such as myself will check in here regularly to provide answers.
As for a brief recap of the Miami Dolphins season following the Dolphins' loss to the Bills: Over the past 4 weeks, Miami has played the Seahawks, Patriots, 49'ers, and the Jaguars.
Miami won 24-21 over Seattle after mounting a fourth quarter comeback, then followed that up with a 23 to 16 loss to the Patriots. It seems like the Jets, Bills, and Dolphins each had 1 game against the Patriots that came within a touchdown of an upset victory, but each team was unable to make the extra play needed to win in the end.
The Dolphins then went on to lose 27 to 13 to the 49'ers, and last week the Dolphins had a nice 24-3 win over the reeling Jacksonville Jaguars. The recurring theme is Miami's offense struggling to put up points (scored 24, 16, 13, and 24 points over the past 4 weeks), even when the defense generates stops.
That's the rough outline of Miami's season since our teams last met up. Feel free to post an "Ask Buffalo Rumblings" post over at The Phinsider (http://www.thephinsider.com/) if you're feeling up to answering questions about your team.
