Jaguars Take 10-7 Lead Over Bills

Stay connected for news and updates

The Buffalo Bills stalled on a decent drive into Jacksonville Jaguars territory. A pass from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick to tight end Scott Chandler on fourth down was turned away the ensuing Jaguars drive went quickly to the end zone.

Cornerback Ron Brooks was picked on for back-to-back big plays as a pass interference penalty and 24-yard completion against the rookie moved Jacksonville into the red zone. After a tight end screen, Chad Henne took a play action bootleg into the end zone.

The Jaguars scored their first three points after a Ryan Fitzpatrick interception. Paul Posluszny didn't fall for the play action fake and stepped in front of the receiver to get the turnover. A few plays later after a timely penalty halted the Jaguars' forward momentum, Josh Scobee got the Jaguars on the board.

We're deep into the second quarter. Buffalo gets the ball back with just a few minutes remaining before halftime and a chance to re-take the lead.
