Bryan Scott Pick-Six Puts Bills Up On Jets, 7-3

Stay connected for news and updates

Mark Sanchez missed a wide open Braylon Edwards to stall out the New York Jets' first drive in today's regular season finale against the Buffalo Bills. Then, on the Jets' second drive of the game - holding a 3-0 lead - he served up a Bills touchdown on a silver platter.

Sanchez, who is now 1-of-4 for three yards with an interception in this contest, threw a ball directly into the arms of Bryan Scott, who raced 20 yards into the end zone unencumbered to give the Bills a 7-3 lead. It's Scott's fourth interception of the season, half of which have come against the Jets' embattled benched starter turned starter.

Of course, a very large contingent of Bills fans is likely upset by this development, as the Bills stand to pick in or very near the Top 5 of the 2013 NFL Draft if they lose today's game. Instead, they've grabbed an early lead, and the sardonic humor is likely to fly fast and feverishly this afternoon if this keeps up.
