If Nix is going to stay on then it would lend itself to get an more established coach. It is time for Marty Schottenheimer. He could hire some former assistants to run the offense and defense. Mainly Ken Wisenhunt and Lovie Smith. As long as Nix and Marty agree on personnel decisions it would work. Marty is a proven winner and last I checked his last team went 14-2.
