Quarterback Situation

I would try to get one of these three players, Carson Palmer, Michael Vick or the best option in my opinion Alex Smith. I don't believe that Vick or Palmer is the answer but I am willing to make a change for the sake of change, maybe catch lightning in a bottle. I have seen enough of Fitz to know he needs to get cut. I would consider a fourth rd pick for Alex Smith to make sure we get him.

Coaching Situation

I would like to see Ken Wisenhunt brought here as our head coach.

Draft

I'm only gonna talk about the first round, In my opinion go defense, either best DE or a stud LB like A. Ogeltree... either way keep building a top ten unit.

Players I would cut

Chris Kelsey

in both cases a lack of production, for the money that could be better spent on our impending free agaents who are core players with skill and durability and most importantly productive games.

Notes

Build around Spiller and a tough physical O Line, our defense could be elite with a sideline to sideline LB making plays in the run game and it would be a bonus if he was an effective blitzer.
