Mismatches in the Secondary
this is something i have been thinking about for a little while, the 49ers have Davis, the Saints have Graham, Jets have Keller and the Patriots drafted TEs in back to back rounds and got Hernadez and Gronk, what would Bills fans think if OBD add Ladrius Green 6'6 in the 3rd and Michael Egnew 6'5 in the 4th and TJ Graham in the 6th to add a speedy deep threat, this would give Chan the ability to create more mismatches especially in the red zone
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

I am all for a tall speedy recievers and more tall red zone targets.
I am also fine with drafting a complete TE that can chalenge Chandler for his spot. I cant see the bills going after a TE earlier than the fourth round though bc of bigger needs at more important positions. I dont see the Bills going down the road of trying to do what NE has done, but rather trying to have one good TE on the field with three other WR’s with one of them being Nelson. IMO The Bills already use Nelson as a pass catching TE of sorts. He frequently lines up in a close slot position and then runs a route simmular to a TE. He creates the same types of mismatches that a speedy TE would create. So to my thinking we already have and are using this to an extent.
Bellicheat is a genius and it was no coincidence that he drafted two tight ends and started this scheeme after we swithced to the 3-4 deffense (maiking the whole conference playing in the 3-4). The two TE set can be a nightnare for the 3-4. It is also no coincidence that the Bills and Dolphins are now switching back to a 4-3 deffense. In our case we are just better equiped for the switch, but the Phins are going to have to make some big changes to get there. Anyway both teams will match up against NE better in the years to come.
Personally I am all for an upgrade at TE, but I think a quality #2 speedy WR will help to create more mismatches and more lanes for our RB’s than the TE upgrade would. In fact out of the 8 draft picks and 4-5 FA pick-ups that we are likely to get this offseason I am only calling for three changes on the ofensive side of the ball.
1 Pick up a solid #2 WR in FA
2 Draft a OT in the first four rounds
3 Draft a TE in the fourth to fifth rounds
GO BILLS!!!!!
