Here's the plan:

1.) get 16 people from this blog

2.) make a new thread for the draft draft - participants can pick any players from the super bowl era

3.) draft will run in "snake" format - so the team that picks first will pick last in the 2nd round, then first in the 3rd round. etc.

4.) vote on who has the best team!

Members choose:

QB-RB-TE-WR-WR-OL-OL-OL

RB2, WR3, FB, and other OLinemen optional.

DE*-DT*-LB*-CB-CB-S-S

*Of course, how many DEs and DTs and what type of LBs you pick depends on your defensive scheme!
Safeties, and to a certain degree all DBs, are interchangeable. No one's gonna argue if you put Champ Bailey at FS.

My main worry is that this is such an undertaking that it'll just run out of steam, but it could be a lot of fun! Anybody up for it?

It could also work with just 10 or 12 or whatever number of people.

Extra points if you take Thurman Thomas earlier than he actually got drafted! Extra extra points if you take Tom Brady later than he actually got drafted!
