He has the Bills trading with the Jets (#10 for #16, 3rd, 5th, and 6th) and selecting Reiff at #16, then trading with NYG (2nd and both 4ths for #32) and selecting Stephen Hill. Getting both Reiff and Hill and still having two 3rds, two 5ths, and two 6ths (+ other late round picks) seems like a stellar start to the draft to me.
