My favorite Corner in the draft is now a Buffalo Bill and that makes me ecstatic! I love the great character guys that Buddy has managed to bring in. All three guys drafted so far are hard working great character guys - that my friends is how you build a strong team.

Gilmore is great. I love his demeanor. He's got the size, lots of experience, the maturity, the athletic ability, the intelligence to succeed at the next level. Buddy said something critical yesterday... With teams that spread you out and then decide to pass (like we do) it becomes a necessity to have DBs that can play the run. I love the physicality of our two CBs (Gilmore & Williams)

I love the experience in our Front office. Most draftniks & fans were suggesting that we needed to take a OT in the first round. There is no denying that LT was our greatest need. Going into the season with a 2nd year rookie and nobody behind him would have been suicide. But Nix held tight and didn't sell the farm and the two OTs we coveted actually fell to us at #41, I am so impressed by the ability of our front office! Great call guys!

Even Graham seems like a very strong character guy that definitely fills a void on our team. When healthy, Parrish really helped open things up for everybody else. Gailey really likes having that speed guy. I didn't watch many NC games but weren't they primarily a Running team? From the interviews i saw on Graham, he looks like a well grounded kid, mature and ready to come to work. I love this pick! I still believe that Easley will be back at full force this year and will become the weapon that we thought he'd be last season. I think Graham's skill-set will help make Johnson / Easley / Nelson & Jones better. You know DeSean Jackson surprised a lot of people so I prefer to keep an open mind on TJ. The great news is that he can contribute immediately at Punt & Kick returns. This was a great pick!

So in three rounds we addressed three areas of need, we definitely took the BPA in rounds 1 and round 2 AND we managed to actually get the guys we coveted. To me that's a great start to the 2012 season!
