I want to start my post to fellow Rumblers by saying that I don't mind a little constructive criticism. As a female Bills fan with a passion for writing, I was thrilled when I was asked to be a Staff Writer over at Buffalowdown. With that being said, I feel that some on this site need to be reminded of the old adage "When you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all".

Now, when it comes to differing opinions regarding our beloved football team, by all means a little friendly banter is healthy. However, when certain people blatantly bash another fan's work, I find it distasteful, hurtful, and rude. We should all be uniting in our love for the Bills, not calling someone's article "a waste of space".

Guys, I'll tell you, it's tough as it is being a female fan in football. Most think I know absolutely nothing until they actually sit and talk with me and their jaws drop over my knowledge. Please don't make it harder than it already is.

I LOVE this site and think Brian does a great job upholding the rules he set forth. All I'm asking is for everyone to think a little before you say something that may hurt someone's feelings. If you don't like what I write, no problem. I don't like everything I read either. If you want to give me some pointers, I'm all ears and in fact, very open to suggestions.

So please, Bills fans, be a little nicer. I'm sure a lot of other fans would appreciate it as well. :)
