The Buffalo Bills agreed to terms on a two-year, $8.7 million contract extension with running back Fred Jackson on Monday - a deal that will also pay him $3 million in bonus money in the 2012 season, according to WGR 550's Joe Buscaglia. The move is the latest in an extremely busy off-season for GM Buddy Nix and the Bills.
Just how busy has it been? The team has brought in 23 new faces, re-signed 11 more, re-structured the contracts of two players (including Jackson), and parted ways with 13 more. Here's a bare-bones look at everything that has gone on.
