Why We Didn't Run The Ball

Whatsup Rumblers. I was unable to watch the game tonight, but I kept track of it on my Bills app (gotta love the Bills app) and I must say, it looked like a really weak football game. When I saw Lindell missed a 22 yarder all I thought was "Really dude....You are a veteran (supposed to be a leader) on this squad and you can't hit a chip shot?". ROUND OF APPLAUSE, as Ron Brooks showed up by putting together a very solid performance (which I was extremely happy about because reports said he wasn't shining in training camp). I will conclude player recaps by saying; Fitzpatrick you better get your act together man, Im not overeacting now because its pre-season, but if you can't perform this season, you will be strongly disliked by Bills fans for a very long time...But you will not be replaced anytime in the near future because our backups are not very good.

All of you guys are probably confused as to why we didn't run the ball tonight (silly Rumblers). I asked myself the same question too, "How do you not run the ball when you have arguably the best running back tandem in the league"?! The answer to this question would be texted to me by ESPN in the following words, "Chargers RB Ryan Matthews out 4-6 weeks with a broken clavicle sustained in preseason opener". I guess Chan Gailey is an extremely smart dude after all as Ryan Matthews (known to be injury prone) has now been handed an unfortunate dose of "WowMyCoachIsAhugeDoucheForMakingMeRunAllOutDuringApreseasongame". Fred Jackson is coming off of a serious (season ending) injury, and his health is VITALLLLLLL to the Bills' success this season. CJ will get more reps as the preseason moves on, but expect Fredex to have a small workload during these practice games. We need Fred to play at the level he did last year before getting injured; ELITE.
