My family, aside from my children, knows almost nothing about football. My wife grew up in an sports agnostic home; they knew sports existed but could not tell what they were. My side of the family loves the Bills (and the Sabres) but they don't follow the team closely. I was asked "how is OT (Terrell Owens) going to do this year" recently, as an example.
Today I received an unexpected package in the mail from my family in Buffalo. A brand-new, home-colors Bills jersey was inside. Now, explaining my draft philosophy, or when I think a team should draft a quarterback, is lost on my family. So I've never explained any of it to them. So they couldn't know what I think about the current Bills and how they are constructed. And it's better that way.
Tomorrow I'll wear my brand new Ryan Fitzpatrick jersey. . . with pride.
(I won't change my opinion just because. . . but I am open minded, so let's see where this goes. . . )
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
