The only player ruled out for the Buffalo Bills ahead of time was running back Fred Jackson with a knee injury. He's not expected back for another month.
Active for the first time in his young career, wide receiver T.J. Graham will take David Nelson's spot on the active roster while Johnny White, who was re-signed this week, will man the third running back spot replacing Jackson.
In addition to Jackson, today's inactive list has the following healthy players on the bench: quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, offensive tackle Sam Young, center Colin Brown, defensive end Kyle Moore, linebacker Kirk Morrison and safety Delano Howell.
