Another week in the books and my picks are still making money. However, there was no comment traffic on the post last week. This is unfortunate because last week was a week to bring home some cash. NE-14** (L) - Well that was embarrassing.

IND+1.5* (W) - Luck got the outright victory and put a few bucks in our pockets.

KC@BUF OVER 45** (W) - This one didn't cover the way I expected it to, but a win is a win

BAL+2*** (W) - Again, covered by a point...this one looked too good to be true and in the end it almost was.

CIN-7***: (Push) - You win some you lose some...sometimes you don't do either.

HOU-7** (W) - Covered by a mile thanks to Blaine Gabbert going down.

ATL-3* (W) - I got fairly nervous about this one before kickoff as all my buddies were going Denver...but three Manning picks later my nerves were calmed. As I wrote last week, the Georgia Dome is tough for visiting teams.

Week 2 record: 5-1-1. Season record: 9-3-1...9-3-1 PEOPLE!!! That's not bad $$$ This week's lines and my picks after the jump.

What I like this weekend:

CAR-3*: I don't love this...but I, like many folks out there making picks, like the emotional set-up for the Panthers. The giants are going into a game banged up, on a short week and against a team that is shoeing some promise off a slow start. I like Cam and the gang to cover tonight.

STL+7.5**: Da Bears looked downright awful Thursday night. While I expect them to rebound a bit at home, there is simply no way a Forte-less Bears Squad beats a Rams team showing signs of life by more than a TD. If this line stays 7 or above, I'll love it.

BUF-3***: Buffalo finally finds their opportunity win back a little road courage...

NYJ-2.5*: I hate betting for a division rival...but they will redeem their play from last week against a brutal situation in Miami (even with Reggie Bush looking like an actual RB)

IND-3**: Love Luck beating up on the helpless Jaguars at home in Lucas Oil Stadium.

PHI-3.5**: Don't believe what you saw in NE last weekend. The Cards are still the Cards...PERIOD.

DEN+2**: Nobody comes back from bad play like Peyton. Looks to be a great game.

SEA+3.5**: In Seattle's Super Bowl on MNF, I like the home team. I see this team playing a wild game and winning outright.
