The first game of the season is by far the most nerve wracking experience ever. I have played a ton of football at three very different talent levels and the hype and anticipation is mind blowing.

When your team is announced and you are running out on that field to pummel the opposition with any force necessary, the excitement running through your veins you feel could pour out of your skin at any moment. On the inside you feel like hot lava is uncontrollably spurting throughout your body. While on the outside you feel like pins and needles, tense with excitement and ready to pound the guy across from you into the ground.

This is the day that you have been training for. This is the day that everything matters. This is the day that man becomes beast and you are ready to tear down the house. This is the day that once you step out on that field, everything else is forgotten. This is the day that when the ball is kicked off, everything slows down and you get into the zone. THIS IS THE DAY THAT YOU SHOW THE WORLD WHO YOU ARE.

It's game time. Strap on your helmets, lace up your cleats and go smack that guy across from you. Put him on his backside as you pursue the ball and crush your opponent. This is the day that you have been waiting for months too play, now is the time to get on the tracks and run over the opposition.

We are the Buffalo Bills and we are here to tear up the field. This is our day and we will take the field by storm. Like a tornado, vicious and terrorizing, watch out for the Buffalo Bills.
