As I've gotten to thinking lately, now that there is a new coaching staff, I think Choice will be on his way out. Also, it is time to start looking for Freddy's replacement as the all around back who is good at all but might lack top end measureables. As much as this team needs some other positions such as wr, lb, qb, cb, I think in particular there will be ample free agents at wr and lb ( although qb could too). Now I am not advocating using a 1st or 2nd. I've heard that Ball is more of a 3rd guy. He doesn't have elite speed nor is he a big back, but I think he is a quicker, younger version of Freddy. He has great balance and vision, is hard to take down, has a nose for the end zone, is a good blocker, solid hands and receiver. If available in the 3rd is he worth a shot? Taylor is also a possibility in the 4th or 5th round. Doesn't have top end speed, but is fast enough as well as physical. Also he is shifter than you think. Good blocker too. Just some thoughts of mine and want to see what others think.
