I was 17 years old at the time, home sick with a cold in Saratoga Springs NY. THANK GOD out of the blackout area. My uncle was all over my case about how bad we suck, we had already lost 2 SBs in a row and rode me completely during the first half almost to tears, remember I was a kid at the time. But as much as I wanted to turn the channel and just give up, I couldn't. Thankfully my loyalty and never-say-die attitude was also shown by my favorite football team. The second half I was LOCKED to the TV screaming and cheering! My uncle finally stopped harassing me when it was 35-28 and at the end admitted he was wrong about the whole thing, saying I was right to stick by my guns, literally seeing the 'Never give up' lesson ringing true! I own 'The History Of The Buffalo Bills' DVD on which the Comeback in it's entirety is on Disc 2, with extra interviews from both teams. Whenever my Bills get me down, I watch that game and remember fondly why I even with 0-4 SB record, the Bills are NOT a joke and have given me some memorable moments that I will take to the grave with me.
