The New Coach

I have been sitting back and thinking not only who do I want as the next Head Coach of the Buffalo Bills, but also who is a real possibility? I know that as a Bills fan we all want the Big Name the hype guy. Jon Gruden, Bill Cower, etc. Lets just say for the sake of this post and poll it won't happen. Chip Kelly is likely a Cleveland Brown, and while I like what he might have done with C.J. Spiller, I am still not sure he will be a long term NFL Head Coach. Who then? Lovie Smith? Great defensive mind, but I am concerned that he could never pick a quality offensive coordinator to work with. Ken Whisenhunt ? Took a horrible, and I mean worse than the Buffalo Bills Organization and put them in the Superbowl. Doug Marrone? Former NFL OC who did turn around a bad program in Syracuse. Mike McCoy? I love the fact that he has shown the ability to look at the players and their talents and then modify the offense around their ability rather than the old this is my system and I need players to fit it. Ray Horton? Good DC not sure I would want him for a head coach. Let's assume that these are the choices. Who would you want and why. I am torn between two. Ken Whisenhunt as the person with HC experience and Mike McCoy and the person with vision to use the talent he has and not be a victim to a system.

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
