Who was responsible for drafting Aaron Maybin?

It seems like there's no definitive answer for who was the person responsible for drafting Aaron Maybin. At the time of the 2009 draft, Russ Brandon was the de-facto GM (had that title after Marv Levy retired). Next candidate is Tom Modrak, who was in charge of scouting. Third, would be Asst. GM (at the time) Buddy, Nix. A fourth possibility is Dick Jauron. There was a rumor mill going around that Dick Jauron really wanted Maybin, as Jauron was enamored with speedy linemen, but others in the Bills organization did not want to pick Maybin. So, what is the truth behind who drafted Maybin? If it was Brandon that signed off on the pick, does this make you worry about his decisions now as Bills CEO?
