Sure, they've been terrible for over a decoade, but during that time they've seldom been truly the worst of the worst. I mean, even their 4-12 finish a few years ago only got them the #3 pick, and they had the nerve to go 4-4 over the last half to ruin what could have been a #1 pick kind of year.

No more! Let's say the Bills are left with TJax and an unready rookie at QB, no WR opposite Stevie, a still hobbled Chandler, and a Spiller that cannot carry the load by himself. Let's also say that the secondary doesn't gel, the LBs continue to stink, and the D-Line under-performs. Could this be the 1-15 kind of year that gets us the #1 overall pick? My friends, it could happen!
