What happens if Geno Smith is taken before the Bills pick? It very well could happen with teams looking to move up in the draft and take there QB of the future. The Bills have a lot of options but if they want a QB they are going to have to evaluate who the best QB is after Geno Smith. The Bills could stay at the 8th pick and draft Matt Barkley but could also draft someone else. I believe the best option then is to trade down and gain some picks while still being able to get a guy like Ryan Nassib in the late 1st Round or even in the 2nd Round. Other QB options include EJ Manuel, Tyler Wilson, Mike Glennon, and Tyler Bray. The Bills have a lot of options to draft at QB come April 25.
