Committed or not.

Just my opinion but this time, it looks like Nick and co designed a Draft strategy accordingly to a mid-term game plan. This offseason Bills simply got rid of their top leaders and Nick definitely stopped selecting the best player available. Something certainly controversial but also certainly wise. On the other hand, it would sound you crazy but if Bills are really committed to a mid-term plan, they should seriously consider the next strategies as follows: 1) Manuel should start from day 1. 2) Byrd should be signed to a long term contract. 3) Despite of unfortunate contracts, veterans like Rian Lindell, Tarvaris Jackson, Mark Anderson, Brad Smith and Brian Scott should be cut as soon as possible. 4) Stop being egoist. Veterans like Kyle Williams, Fred Jackson and Eric Wood could shine anywhere and should be strongly considered material to support mid-term plans. 5) Drafted and Non-Drafted players should be targeted to shine this year. 6) We should be prepared to finish with one or two victories this season.

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
