Ok everybody, I'm going to keep this post nice and simple, or try too :)
As most of you may already know, OLB O'Brien Schofield has recently been waived by the Cardinals. Schofield was hampered by an injury last season (only played 9 games) but he still managed to record 4 sacks last season for a Cardinals defense that for the most part was underwhelming. Schofield was scheduled to make a little over $1.3 million this season before being given his walking papers.
No one can deny that playing under the Whiz and Ray Horton defense may be reason enough for Whaley to give Schofield a look with those Pittsburgh ties we've already seen with Whaley's predecessor. Personally, I will be voting for "Yes" since I believe you can never have enough pass rushers on a team. What do you think? Should the Bills try to bring Schofield in to aid a young and unproven pass rush at the OLB position or is this just another potential bad signing we as fans have become all too familiar with?
