1) Michael Sam. He is considered to be a mid to late round pick, best option and most likely to happen is he will get drafted by a team without his immediate need and he will be hidden on the practice squad while players get acclimated to the concept and the media dies down.
2) Cleveland makes the most since for Schaub so Bills fan let that one go. If we pick up one I suggest Henne. No threat to EJ yet he is familiar with the division and is by far the cheapest that can be somewhat dependable.
3) FA will help determine our draft, but based on aspects of why they decided on EJ (hand size) it is more than likely OL that has the measurements that Marrone looks for will be the pick if he is still there. If not, I will predict LB or S. The Byrd situation will not play itself out early and even though Searcy might be a capable starter we have no depth if Byrd leaves.
