Barr is a player we don't here a lot about. I personally don't see him as a great fit for the Bills but there are some scenario's where he could fit into are defense.
He is 6'4 248 lbs and is rumored to run in the 4.5/40 range. He only has played OLB for 2 years after being converted from a RB. He seems raw but if he were to reach his full potential he could wind up being one of the top 3 players to come out of this draft. Although it may take time for him to develop.
I have heard comparisons to Clay Mathews who when healthy is a monster. Mathews was drafted #26 in the 1st round but has played more like a player worthy of a top 10 pick.
Where do see his value? How does he project in the NFL. Do you see a team in the top 10 that he would be a fit for.
My thoughts are if someone takes him in the top 8 it means we are more likely to have a strong player drop to us, if Barr was available at #9 when we select I'm not sure what I would think.
It would be nice to know your thoughts on one of the more intriguing prospects in this draft. And if you feel up to doing a Mike Evans type report even better. But that's up to you.
