Guys, know it's been linked before but just for legal, here's a draft from Fanspeak Mock Draft Simulator - What a great time killer! Doctor's offices, dance recitals, car wash lines, etc.
I think we can get a 3 down playmaker on D with 1st round and get our OLine and receiver help later. And I am a UB grad so obviously biased.
9 OLB KHALIL MACK BUFFALO
41 OT/G BRANDON THOMAS CLEMSON
73 ILB SHANE SKOV STANFORD
105 WR DEVIN STREET PITTSBURGH
137 DE KAREEM MARTIN NORTH CAROLINA
169 TE JOE DON DUNCAN DIXIE STATE
201 CB WALT AIKENS LIBERTY
Moving to Schwartz's D will increase need for front 7 players. Skov and Mack stay on field on 3rd down in Nickle packages, Mack as DE. Aiken will be an Aaron Williams experiment as big CB but can also flip back to S. Martin is the Schwartz size DE to play outside the OT. Assume Carrington bolts and that Lawson is not a fit at SAM in the new D
I am a Pitt fan as well and think Street can be a sideline and red zone acrobat for EJ. Just needs to add 15 lbs. He produced every season at Pitt and had big games this past year vs FSU and Duke in conference and in Pitt's win over ND - 2 touchdowns. I assume we keep Chandler and Moeaki at TE and bring Duncan in as 3rd TE, gotta love the Joe Don thing.
