The Bills have made a few important off-season acquisitions that improve our roster, fill in needs, and gives us more depth. We have added: Mike Williams (WR), Brandon Spikes (LB), Anthony Dixon (RB), Corey Graham (CB), Keith Rivers (LB), and Chris Williams (G). However we also lost an all-pro in safety Jarius Byrd.
I have reviewed an updated depth chart. A few questions.
1 - Where are the Bills weakest? Where do we require the most help via draft and free agency?
2 - Where are the Bills strongest?
3 - Where do our needs line up with draft value?

Obviously just my opinion - I think our greatest weakness is at OL, DE, & possibly secondary.
With that being said, we have to consider will be the best player available, does that player fill a need, and has that player visited OBD. First lets take a look at the top players (excluding QBs). Second, lets add in a few first round prospects that could be surprise picks.
