Whaley on the draft (VIDEOS 1-3)

I did it last year, and now I am doing it again...

At a recent dinner, Doug Whaley, the esteemed young General Manager of the Buffalo Bills, who in an inspired turn of events just days after the death of his mentor, traded a future number 1 pick (not the end of the world by the way) for the best WR in the draft and continued to wheel and deal throughout the draft, bringing in a new RB and sending away Stevie Johnson, who like it or not, might have been the 3rd best wideout before we got Watkins ...

I will say in conclusion of my word count here that I found it very interesting that Ralph Wilson, who had given Russ Brandon so much unprecedented authority over the franchise in his waning years and was a mentor to our President... also passed away much like the aforementioned Bill Nunn from the Steelers... may have helped to inspire this draft... and let us not forget the great John Butler who died far too soon and may have been nearly as talented as a Bill Polian, who was also a mentor to Mr. Brandon... and may we even think of them much like the end of "Return of the Jedi", there spirits now above this team guiding it now through their elevated and divine providence... (photo-shoppers feel free to add your picture based on this idea)

Enjoy... and always, Go Bills!
