Minnesota build a state of the art facility that is indoors, but not a traditional dome. They did it with a lot of public money at a time when the franchise was threatened with re-loacation. Minnesota then got rewarded to host the Super Bowl by the NFL. That is money to the owner, stadium, and the local economy. NFL showing good faith to a city where tax payers stepped up is something many would say is no coincidence
I know the first thing everyone is going to say.. The Bills play outdoors. Always have always will. But consider this:
#1 An indoor facility generates more revenue than an outdoor stadium, because you can have concerts and events indoors during the winter.
#2 New York City had an outdoor Super Bowl, so could Buffalo.
#3 You can still have a retractable roof.
I think Bills fans should see the Super news in Minnesota as a good thing for Buffalo. Maybe having the stadium in near-by metro with more hotels isn't the worst option. Then get mass transportation going from the stadium to Buffalo. It would better then watching the Los Angeles Bills on the couch.
