I think most people here believe that the Bills are very likely to add another DE player over the summer, even if it is just to give some more competition for Hughes/Lawson. I wanted to discuss a few potential candidates on other teams that might be traded:
1. Brandon Graham - Eagles. 2010 First round pick, 13th overall. The Bills have a tendency recently of trading for highly-drafted players that didn't quite pan out, perhaps hoping that a new environment can turn their career around. It seemed to work with Hughes, and I expect them to do it again. The Eagles are supposedly looking to trade him since he doesn't really fit their 3-4 scheme. One major issue is that he may be too similar to Hughes for the Bills.
2. Derrick Morgan - Titans. Another 2010 First round pick, 16th overall. More of a prototypical DE and probably a better fit than Graham, Morgan is probably my top choice. Again - Titans are looking to trade him since he no longer fits their scheme.
4. Other? The vast majority of the posters here are much smarter than me when it comes to football and roster moves. I'd love to hear all of your opinions, and hope to use this fanpost more as a lead-in to inspirational discussion. Give your thoughts below, after the poll.
