I'm really not interested in trading up this year. I think we can stay at 9 and get a solid player like Matthews, Martin or Ebron. With the depth of this draft and the needs on our team, I hate the idea of giving up a 2nd or 3rd round pick that could come in and make an immediate difference next year. I see improvements that we need to make at RT, TE, DE and LB. We also need depth in many areas.
So I'm throwing out a few options and see which one that everyone is most interested in seeing happen. Obviously I can't list all of the possible scenarios, but I wanted to put the most probable scenarios out there and get everyone's thoughts on it.
It seems our trade up candidates are Clowney, Watkins or Evans. They'll require varying levels of compensation to secure those players. These are just estimates of what I think it would take.
