As was alluded to in this article and the subsequent comments, the Jaguars have parted ways with one of their veteran DE's to make room for the upgrades and youth they've brought to the position. Considering our stunningly shallow pool of talent, should we consider him an option for our 2014 roster?
Even at 34 years old, he managed to post 40 tackles, 3 forced fumbles and 7.5 sacks on a line that isn't exactly brimming with talent. Adding him to our roster as an insurance policy would seem to be a wise choice, considering that as of right now, we've only got 1 (possibly 2 if Wynn makes the roster) legit 4-3 DE prospects on our roster. An injury, or ineffectiveness at that position could be devastating to our overall goals in 2014.
Considering that the Bills have put themselves into "win now" mode, what do you think Rumblers? Let us know!
