Erin Henderson....Why Not?

With the season ending injury to Kiko Alonso, the Bills could definitely use some help at outside linebacker. Erin Henderson might be just what the doctor ordered. Henderson, 28, has spent his entire 6 year career with the Vikings working with our current linebacker coach, Fred Pagac, during that time. In his time with the Vikings he racked up 288 tackles and 8.5 sacks with 2 picks. Now those numbers might not be stand out but last season was by far his best of his pro career. He had 112 tackles and 4 sacks. Now Henderson does have some off the field issues, including a drunk driving arrest, but in an article on NFL.com, Henderson told Kevin Patra he was on the road to personal recovery. If the deal was right and he's got his head on straight he could definitely help out our depleted linebacker core. I don't totally trust Keith Rivers or Preston Brown as starters. If he has another off the field incident then cut him. Plain and simple. So what do you say Bills fans, should Doug Whaley call his agent.

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
