I was looking through my old sports card collection with my son this evening and found this:
It's an old sports card of Danny Crossman playing for the London Monarchs. Apparently, he was quite the phenom. He recorded 3 interceptions in the "World Bowl" against Barcelona. He was named MVP. Sadly, his playing career didn't last too much longer. He survived only 1 more year as a professional player before making the switch to coaching.
Here's to hoping he can harness the same vigor in his special teams coaching this year!
