Adam Schefter is reporting that Greg Olson, the latest favorite for the Bills offensive coordinator job, will be taking a job with the Los Angeles Rams as their quarterbacks coach.
Former Jaguars OC Greg Olson, a favorite to become Bills OC, now is planning to become the Los Angeles Rams QB coach, per league source.

Olson was reportedly set rob interview with the Bills on Thursday for their still-vacant offensive coordinator position. Olson rose up from a college QB coach to an NFL QB coach and then to a NFL offensive coordinator. He was most successful as a QB coach, and a return to that success may be what he wanted.
It will be interesting to see where the Bills turn next in their search for an offensive coordinator. Our Chris Trapasso authored a list of potential candidates late last week. There are still a few names on that list available.
- Duce Staley
- Matt Nagy
- Scott Turner
- Ken Dorsey
- Chip Kelly
Dorsey is connected to McDermott through Carolina, and Nagy is connected through McDermott’s time under Andy Reid. Other names that have emerged include current Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach and former Bills quarterback, broadcaster, and offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt and former coach of McDermott, Brian Daboll.
