The newly-renovated Ralph Wilson Stadium will make its debut this afternoon as the Buffalo Bills host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Bills' penultimate preseason game of the 2014 season. This also will be the Bills' most important preseason game, as the team's starters are expected to play at least a full half in their final major tune-up prior to their September 7 season opener on the road against the Chicago Bears.
