In about 20 minutes, the NFC Championship Game will kick off (at 3:05 p.m. ET) on FOX, with the host Seattle Seahawks looking to fend off the visiting Green Bay Packers for a berth in Super Bowl XLIX. We're talking about that game - sure to be an entertaining affair between two excellent football teams - right here in this open thread.
Several former Buffalo Bills players and coaches will be competing for the right to participate in the big game in two weeks.
In Seattle: running back Marshawn Lynch, quarterback Tarvaris Jackson, tight end Tony Moeaki, defensive tackle Landon Cohen, head coach Pete Carroll, and assistant offensive line coach Pat Ruel all spent varying lengths of time in Buffalo.
In Green Bay: the same is true for quarterback Matt Flynn, offensive coordinator Tom Clements, quarterbacks coach Alex Van Pelt, and running backs coach Sam Gash.
Who do you like in this game? Give your predictions below, and join in the conversation. I'll go with Seahawks 27, Packers 22. Enjoy the game, everyone!
