ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Buffalo Bills restricted free agent wide receiver Chris Hogan is visiting with the New England Patriots today.
The Bills placed the lowest-round tender on Hogan earlier this week, meaning the Bills would receive no compensation should he sign with the Patriots. They would, however, have five days to match any offer sheet that Hogan signs.

Hogan's current tender with the Bills is set at $1.67 million for the 2016 season. Considering that the Patriots have approximately $14 million in cap space, per OverTheCap.com, they would easily be able to offer a substantial increase over the Bills - one that Buffalo may struggle to match if it's substantial enough.
Appearing in all 16 games for the Bills last season, Hogan caught 36 passes for 450 yards. He has also been a valuable contributor to the Bills' special teams units for the last two-plus seasons.
