Jaguars waive Kennedy, Brown

Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - The Jacksonville Jaguars waived guard Milford Brown and defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy on Monday.
Brown, in his seventh season out of Florida State, started four games this season after injuries to Vince Manuwai and Maurice Williams. He has spent his career with the Texans, Cardinals, Rams and Jaguars, making 47 starts in 53 total games.
Kennedy, a fifth-year defensive tackle out of Penn State, was the 12th overall pick in the 2003 draft by the Rams. He has a sack and six tackles in six games this season for the Jaguars and has recorded five sacks and 98 tackles in six seasons for the Rams, Bears and Jaguars.
