Bills/Pats Game moved to prime time

[editor's note, by Brian Galliford] Thanks for breaking the news, John - this is exciting news indeed! Two prime-time games in one season?! Even if it is the Pats (and they're coming off their bye that week), at least the atmosphere will be interesting, right?

Not one to break news...but I'm so excited about this!!

Bills/Pats game on Nov. 18 was just moved to Sunday Night Football!!

"Bills' home game against Patriots moved to prime time

Updated: 11/05/07 1:02 PM

After waiting 13 years for a prime time home game, the Buffalo Bills only had to wait about six weeks for a second one. The National Football League announced today that the Bills' home game Nov. 18 with the currently unbeaten New England Patriots has been moved from Sunday afternoon to NBC's Sunday Night Football package.

It is scheduled to begin around 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18 at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The Bills' three-game winning streak has helped them hit prime time about six weeks after their dramatic, last-second loss to Dallas was carried on ESPN. It is the first time a Bills game has been moved into prime time since the league began its flex schedule, which allows NBC to put on a more exciting game than the one scheduled.

The Bills-Pats game replaces a scheduled game between Chicago and Seattle. It will be the Bills' first appearance on NBC's Sunday Night Football schedule, which is now the league's premiere package.

Of course, Tom Brady and the Pats are the big draw, but the game wouldn't have been switched if the Bills hadn't gone on their winning streak. -- Alan Pergament"

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

It will be a holy cleansing...
Pats fans - be warned.

You DON'T want to attend this game.  It won't be worth it.  Whether the damage you get is psychological, material or physical - YOU WILL BE HURT.

Do NOT attend, unless you wish to have a REMARKABLY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

That is all.

All I got to say, is for a team, organization, and city, who witnessed the MNF debacle, and now to have a 2nd chance.  I can guarantee you the Bills and the fans will be ready!  What a sweet chance at redemption.  Could not BE MORE STOKED!
