Marshawn Lynch
Rumor around Buffalo is that a certain recent Buffalo Bills Draft pick, for privacy's sake let's call him Marshawn L.- no, that's too obvious... let's say M. Lynch- has already, before he has even spent a large amount of time in this new city, been barred for life from a popular downtown bar.
The reason for the banning is because Mr. Lynch, allegedly, brought in his own alcohol. Now this doesn't seem like a major offense, but weird situations like this keep coming up in Marshawn's life. I don't think Marshawn is anything like a Michael Vick or Pacman Jones... but I'm not exactly sure he isn't, either.
-The unmistakable man with the shiny teeth and the big dreads was apparently mistaken as somebody else when he was shot at last year while attending his sister's high school graduation. A person even called his mother 20 minutes after the shooting to tell her it wasn't meant for her son. How a person with this knowledge, if true, has Marshawn's mother's phone number, I don't know- but it isn't a good sign.
Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.

Source...
And who said Soho? I didn't say Soho in the article.
My point was it was another thing that is added to the list of weird things that always seem to happen to Marshawn- rumor or not.
Remember when Michael Vick was just the guy who supposedly tried to hide weed in his water bottle? That's all I'm saying.

soho
to compare Marshawn to Vick is rediculous. They're not even close to the same person (or player for that matter). this rumour may or may not be true, but im still not sure i believe it...

True...
I didn't mean to directly compare... I just wanted to bring up his past and show that there is a pattern, even if an illegal one was never proven. At the least, my point is there's smoke... not necessarily fire, though.
I was truly surprised that Levy took him when everyone spoke of his "character" issues, despite nothing proven and I'm sure the Bills did their due diligence, anyway (because Levy has shown he holds character above almost all else).
But we saw the warning signs with Vick and no one cared. Now he's on a "leave of absence" and who knows when he'll be back. Marshawn grew up in a similarly tough neighborhood and seems to be loyal to his "family"- as Vick was to his crew- maybe to a fault.
I'm just throwing it out there so people can see all sides of it, not just how charismatic he is. And, don't get me wrong, I'm rooting hard for him and hope this turns out to be just some stupid post by some stupid "blogger".
But if not, don't tell me the evidence wasn't there.
(and if you are still not satisfied... how about this: I heard something from a person I trust, it's the middle of a long summer, I wanted something to write, and this intrigued me)

No pattern
Tabloid
I'm with Brian G., I do trust Marv that he has it handled... but, again... there's smoke.
The Titans lost a top 10 Pick (Pacman), the Bears released one of the better DT's in the League (Tank), the Bengals lost a decent WR (Henry), and now the Falcons may have lost their season (especially after trading away Schaub - we traded away McGahee, remember. A-Train can't carry this load himself, just as Joey Harrington probably won't make that Falcons team a contender).
It's a slippery slope where no news is good news. We can deny there may be a problem- and there really may not be- but don't say there wasn't at least some writing on the wall- no matter how innocent that writing is.
