Buffalo Rumblings turns one year old today! Exactly one year ago today, this blog made its official launch into the Buffalo Bills blogosphere - and it was a rather inauspicious start, to say the least. However, in just a year's time, this blog has grown into a vibrant, budding community of Bills fans - and it has been an absolute pleasure to see it happen. Some fun facts before I hand out some thank-yous:

419 registered Rumblers (with more every day!)
Fantasy football, plenty of trash talk and one hell of a year-long party.

I'd like to quickly give a shout-out to some people who have made my life much easier during this first year of blogging, and who have made this little venture of ours incredibly worthwhile:

Dock Ellis: Dock was the first-ever diarist on Buffalo Rumblings, and his outstanding writing helped give this blog respectability in the early going. Dock, I don't know where you are or what you're doing these days, but I hope you're enjoying yourself. We miss you here, buddy.

The Triumvirate: The three-headed administrative monster of sireric, Kurupt and jri111 is only a recent development here, but these three dudes have added some time to my lifespan just by being here constantly and reducing my stress levels. They are three of the more tenured Rumblers, and their writing and opinions have grown into an entity of their own. You'll see plenty more of them in the future, to be sure. These guys rock.

SB Nation: I'd like to give a shout-out, of course, to the guys who brought me on board at SB Nation, as well as the other SBN football bloggers who have made my job here all the more enjoyable with their helpfulness. This is, quite simply, the best freaking sports blog network in the world. Period. I'm privileged to be a small part of it.

Every. Single. Rumbler.: This blog would be absolutely nothing without the awesomely hardcore Bills fans who visit here every day, whether they're commenting or reading. I can't sit here and name every guy or gal who has contributed to the excellent discussions here, so I won't. Just know that every comment that I've read - and that is literally every comment ever made on this site - has been appreciated. Every single one of you is awesome.

So thank you. Year one of Buffalo Rumblings has been spectacular. This is only going to be a brief pause for back-patting, however: year two of Rumblings analysis begins early this afternoon. Go Bills!
