Falcons FB Corey McIntyre

I'll keep this one to the diaries since it's relatively minor in comparison to the expected deal later on tonight, but the Bills are scheduled to meet Monday with Falcons RFA fullback Corey McIntyre. The three-year veteran was a special teams captain for the Falcons and has some promise as a blocking fullback, which as we all know the Bills are re-incorporating into their offense under the direction of Turk Schonert. McIntyre is tendered at $927K and the Falcons can match any offer; he was undrafted, so there would be no draft pick compensation if he were to become a Bill.

This would be an underrated signing that would certainly help our special teams (keep Bobby April happy!) and have the potential to help our run game as well.

Just another great fan opinion shared on the pages of BuffaloRumblings.com.
