Poz made plays -
"In reviewing his 2008 season, Posluszny always felt like he was a half step away from making something happen. In 2009 he closed that gap and made significantly more. His command of the defense also had a calming effect on his defensive teammates as they felt confident Posluszny would have them lined up properly." Chris Brown breaks down Poz's big plays from 2009.

Chris Brown answers questions about the 2010 starting OL, Terrell Owens' return to Buffalo, the draft, and Steve Johnson. Brown does say one thing that surprised me when he says, "There is currently no viable backup center on the roster behind Geoff Hangartner." He could be saying that because Eric Wood is penciled in at guard and is therefore not "behind Hangartner".

Bills Team Report | NFL at
"D.O.A. ... Doomed on arrival. That best sums up the Bills' 2009 season in which dubious decisions made by the front office and coaching staff in the months and weeks leading up to kickoff made missing the playoffs for a 10th consecutive season and the firing of coach Dick Jauron a foregone conclusion."

Grimm likely to rebuff Bills' interview request : Buffalo Bills : The Buffalo News
"When the season is over, if those opportunities arrive, I'll take a look at them," Grimm said in December. "But right now, I like what I'm doing. I have a lot of fun coaching, being down on the field. To make that next step, everyone wants to do it. "But it has to be the right situation. I know there are only 32 of those jobs, but I'm not going to jump on the first one if it doesn't fit."

POLLOCK: Bills’ search for coach now embarrassing | Olean Times Herald
"That's where the embarrassment comes in. It’s absolutely no surprise that a veteran head coach would have no interest in coming to the Bills, given the team’s uncertain future in Buffalo after the 2012 season, the dysfunctional "old boy network" front office, a 91-year-old owner and severe talent shortages at several positions. When promising young coordinators won’t even grant the courtesy of an interview it’s an emphatic message as to how the Bills are viewed, league-wide."
