"Charley Casserly of CBS confirms it with his report that the Bills actually offered the job to Harbaugh. Harbaugh turned it down, opting to stay at a second-tier college program over coming to the NFL."

Todd Henrichs: Ritcher found success at slower pace
Former Bills guard Jim Ritcher was awarded this year's Gerald R. Ford Legends Award winner at the annual Rimington Trophy Presentation in Lincoln , Nebraska. The award is presented to a successful college center (Ritcher moved from the pivot in the pros) who has gone on and been successful in their later life as well.
