2010 NFL Scouting Combine: Saturday Open Thread

For those of you blessed with a service provider that offers NFL Network, this is your open thread to talk about the first day of workouts at the 2010 NFL Scouting Combine. The same holds true for those of you fortunate enough to catch workouts at NFL.com.

With offensive linemen and tight ends working out today (as well as specialists, by the way), you'll see plenty of names often connected with the Buffalo Bills in mock drafts on your screen. The big six tackles are involved - Russell Okung, Anthony Davis, Bryan Bulaga, Trent Williams, Bruce Campbell and Charles Brown will all work out today. So will other big-name linemen such as Mike Iupati, Maurkice Pouncey and Rodger Saffold. Plenty of intriguing names at tight end will also appear, including Western New York native Rob Gronkowski. Most will be running position drills, so keep your attentions focused on those activities especially.

This is a big day for those guys, but keep in mind that nothing fundamental will change in a big way based on what happens today. Watch and observe, but try not to change the opinions you've already formulated on these players. The Bills certainly won't be.
