Bills LBs like 3-4 scheme - BuffaloBills.com
"The Bills change to a 3-4 defensive system is going to require a lot of new learning for a lot of Buffalo’s defenders on the roster through the 2010 offseason. But after a handful of seasons in which stopping the run and getting to the quarterback consistently has been an issue the Bills defense is more than willing to try something new."

2010 NFL Draft
My final results of the MtD sitewide 7 round draft. - Buffalo Rumblings

Mocking the draft had a huge seven-round fan mock draft with one fan from each team representing. Our own UZ was the Bills picker and here's his full seven rounds and reasoning.

Buffalo Bills Top 5 first round Busts | Bleacher Report

Inside the NFL: Bills' No. 2 pick key to filling a glaring need : Inside the NFL : The Buffalo News
Mark Gaughan doesn't think trading number 41 overall for Donovan McNabb fits Buddy Nix's profile. He also lists some players that could be available at the pick including NT prospect Cam Thomas, OLBs Ricky Sapp and Koa Misi, QB Colt McCoy, WRs Samian Williams and Brandon LaFell, as well as first-round guys who might slip including WR Golden Tate and NT Terrence Cody.

Washington Redskins coach Mike Shanahan not naming starting QB before training camp - ESPN
"Mike Shanahan says he does not expect to name a starter at quarterback before training camp, according to The Washington Post. Put that together with the Redskins' active pre-draft assessment of incoming quarterbacks and its signing of former Bears starter Rex Grossman, and it appears likely that Washington's camp will be an open audition for quarterbacks."

Availability of franchise tag for 2011 is unclear | ProFootballTalk.com

Mike Florio doesn't think it's a slam dunk that there will be the franchise tag in 2011. Any team trading for Donovan McNabb's one-year contract with the intent to franchise him if they can't reach a long-term deal should keep an eye on the clause Florio outlines.

Buffalo Bracket - WGR550
Here's how the Bills portion of the bracket is faring: Jim Kelly beat Darryl Talley, Thurman Thomas beat Billy Shaw, Andre Reed defeated O.J. Simpson (which I still think is a sham), and Bruce Smith beat out Jack Kemp.  This last one I have a huge problem with.  A lot of people know Kemp from his political career as a Buffalo-area representative.  Obviously Bruce was better on the field but the criteria involves off-field stuff as much as on, hence my O.J. and Kemp leanings.
