Bills coaches were applying earlier than thought | Bleacher Report
"Many Bills probably think that Bills coaches started putting their resumes into teams in the last quarter of the season. Actually, some coaches were passing them out earlier than that. The source, who in a direct conversation with the former Bills coach was told halfway through the season that he is done and then shortly there after put his house on the market, along with handing out their resumes."

Inside the NFL: Bills' absent Lynch lacks leverage to go elsewhere : Inside the NFL : The Buffalo News
"Has he demanded a trade? I don't know. His agent has not returned calls from The Buffalo News. But word within the locker room is he would not be disappointed at all if he were shipped elsewhere. The best thing Lynch can do to earn a ticket out of town would be to show up and have a productive season. That would boost his trade value and make it easier for him to be moved."

NFL Blog Blitz: Buffalo Bills powered by SportsFanLive.com
Former Bills offensive lineman Ross Tucker talks Bills biggest area of need, how they may address the QB spot, Chan Gailey, Buddy Nix, and Jimmy Clausen and Tyler Thigpen. Tucker seems to like Gailey/Nix saying, "I think Nix and Gailey are football guys through and through and these moves indicate that the Bills are much more interested in trying to do the small things to win on the field than they are in winning the press conferences or trying to spark interest among the fanbase."

NFL Draft
NFL.com Blogs " Blog Archive Hall of Famer Kelly impressed with Tebow "

"Just because I’m a former quarterback, people think I can just tell from being around a guy (if he has what it takes to be a successful NFL quarterback)," Kelly said. "But I need to watch him go through a drill and make all the throws. I need to really study him before I could say whether he should be a first-round pick. Now, a second-rounder, I’d be OK with that, but I don’t have enough information on (Tebow) to say they should use the No. 9 pick on him.
