Byrd A Full Participant As Bills Prep For Dolphins

The preliminary injury report is out for Sunday's matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins. Teams are not required to provide anything more than level of participation in practice this early in the week, and the Bills and Dolphins are both relatively healthy.

The good news for Buffalo? Free safety Jairus Byrd, who missed the last three preseason games after minor groin surgery, was a full participant in practice. Signs are encouraging that Byrd will play on Sunday, though it's possible that George Wilson will steal some of his reps.

Kawika Mitchell was limited in practice, while Reggie Torbor and Antonio Coleman did not practice at all.

Meanwhile, for Miami, stud left tackle Jake Long was limited. It's looking likely that he'll play on Sunday, though it remains to be seen if he'll be hampered in any way. Center Jake Grove was a full participant, but he's now backing up Joe Berger in the pivot. Channing Crowder did not practice at all; he'll be replaced by Tim Dobbins should he not be able to play.
